• 85 percent “I agree, the flexibility is good for the workplace.”
• 15 percent “I disagree, people are more productive in the office.”

Interestingly, when broken down by seniority, the same feelings hold. 86 percent of Managerial, Director, VP and other Executive Level employees indicated that the flexibility is good for the workplace and 85 percent of Entry Level and Mid-level employees while agree.”More and more companies across different industries are open to telecommuting situations.
